The Crime Policy covers institutional, not personal, funds, which are stolen. This includes burglary, robbery, employee theft and forgery. The deductible is $10,000.00.
If you suspect theft, embezzlement or misappropriation, the Office of Risk Management can provide investigative support services, as well as forensic auditing resources. As employee theft can sometimes bring media or communication issues or concerns, our program also provides internal/external communications expertise.
Upon notification of a crime loss, it should be immediately reported to the police and to the Claims Manager.
