Alicia Gray New Claims Manager
The Office of Risk Management is pleased to announce the promotion of Alicia Gray to the position of Claims Manager.
Alicia has been with the Archdiocese since April 2018 as Assistant Claims Manager.
Alicia’s predecessor, Kent Wilkins, has retired after 18 years of dedicated service. We are extremely grateful to Kent for his years of outstanding service to our parishes, schools and institutions. Although retired, Kent will be available for us on a consultation basis.
About Alicia
Alicia M. Gray, AINS, started with Ratio Risk Services as the Assistant Claims Manager in April of 2018. She has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry with both standard and non-standard insurance carriers managing All-Lines of insurance claims. On January 1, 2021, she became the Claims Manager responsible for the claim management of Boiler, Crime, Employment Practices Liability, Property and Liability claims. She also oversees the third-party administrators for handling the Auto and Workers’ Compensation Claims. Alicia is a licensed All-Lines Claims Examiner in 5 states and has also earned her Associate in General Insurance designation.
